1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using this Blog in any manner (including but not limited to reading content, submitting articles, or posting comments), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this "Terms of Service and Submission Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please discontinue your use of the Blog immediately.

2. Description of Service

2.1 The Blog provides you with opportunities to read technical articles, access industry information, and submit articles for publication ("Submission Service").

2.2 We are committed to providing high-quality, valuable technical content. Therefore, all user submissions are subject to review by our editorial team. We reserve the absolute right to decide whether to publish any submission, without the obligation to provide specific reasons.

2.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Submissions

3.1 You may submit articles through the designated channel, which is via email to: support@baigecn.com.

3.2 When submitting, you must provide valid contact information (e.g., email address). You warrant that the information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

3.3 Submitted content ("User Content") must be your original work, or you must possess the legal rights and authorization to submit it. You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not infringe upon the legal rights of any third party.

3.4 You understand and agree that the act of submission does not constitute a contract or promise of any kind. The decision to accept and publish a submission rests solely with the Blog. We typically respond with a review result via email within 15 business days of receipt but do not guarantee this timeframe.

4. User Conduct

You agree to comply with all applicable local (including but not limited to the United States), state, national, and international laws and regulations while using the Blog and promise not to engage in the following: 4.1 Post any content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, hateful, or incites violence.

4.2 Infringe upon the intellectual property rights, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of others.

4.3 Distribute viruses, malware, or engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the Blog.

4.4 Conduct any unauthorized advertising, promotion, or "spam" activities.

4.5 Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

4.6 Engage in any other activity that could subject the Blog, its users, or any third party to liability or cause harm.

5. Children's Privacy

5.1 This Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Blog Content: All content created by us on the Blog, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of the Blog or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.

6.2 Your Submitted Content: By submitting content that is subsequently approved and published on the Blog, you grant the Blog a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display such content in any form or medium (including but not limited to the website, social media, newsletters). You retain your original copyright to the content.

6.3 Third-Party Content: The Blog may include content provided by or linked to third-party websites. We do not have rights to such content and are not responsible for its accuracy or legality. You access such content at your own risk.

7. Content Moderation and Disclaimer

7.1 We employ a submission review system; however, this review is solely for quality and compliance purposes. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or legality of User Content.

7.2 The information provided on the Blog is for general technical sharing and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind (including but not limited to legal, financial, or technical advice). You should use your own judgment and assume all risks associated with the use of such information.

7.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Blog, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising from or related to your use or inability to use the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Blog, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of this Agreement, your use of the Service, or your User Content infringing any third-party right.

9. Modifications to the Agreement

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of this Agreement at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated version on the site and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Blog following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Blog and the Submission Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any term of this Agreement.

11. Arbitration

11.1 Except as provided in Section 11.2, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including regarding its formation, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be finally settled by binding confidential arbitration, rather than in court.

11.2 The parties agree that the arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in force at the time of the arbitration. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator appointed by the ICC International Court of Arbitration. The place of arbitration shall be San Francisco, California, United States. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

11.3 This arbitration clause shall not preclude either party from seeking interim or permanent injunctive relief (or any other form of urgent legal remedy) from a court of competent jurisdiction regarding the infringement of intellectual property rights or unauthorized access to, or use of, the Service.

12. Governing Law

The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and resolution of disputes of this Agreement (except that the enforceability of the arbitration clause in Section 11 itself may be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act) shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
